Food & Beverage Manager

Restaurant, Bar and Functions. This is a “hands on” role with the majority of your time spent front of house. The George Albert Hotel is popular with both leisure and corporate guests and caters for conferences, weddings and other events. You will be working 40 hours per week - 5/7 days to include evenings and weekends. 

Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards. Minimum of 2 years experience running or helping to run a large sized establishment required.

Part Time Food & Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, organized Part-time Food and Beverage Assistants to join our independent hotel. In this role, you will welcome guests to our hotel, attending to guests’ needs or questions under the guidance of our F&B Manager. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring that guests experience an enjoyable stay and portray an excellent image of our hotel that leaves a positive impression. Training will be given.
