Do you offer conference facilities?: Yes, we have a flexible room layout to cater for meetings of all sizes. We have projectors and drop down screens, all connected via computer points.
How many guests can attend my Civil Ceremony?: We are licensed for up to 405 Wedding Guests, across 4 room layouts.
Does the Hotel have Wi-Fi?: Yes. The Hotel has FREE Wi-Fi on the Ground Floor, you will need a code that is available at reception. The rooms are hard wired, a lead can be borrowed from reception that plugs into the wall and then into your laptop.
We will be arriving late in the evening, would it be possible to order food when we arrive?: Yes. The hotel stops serving hot food at 9.00pm midweek and 9.30pm on a Friday and Saturday, Sandwiches are available 24hrs a day.
What is your post code for Satlelite Navigation?: Our post code is DT2 9PW, we are on the A37, midway between Dorchester and Yeovil next to the World Cup Championship staus Southern Counties Clay Shooting Ground; close to evershot.
Is the hotel open to non residents?: Yes, you are welcome to call in for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or Sunday Carvery. You can choose from the ‘a la carte’, bar or specials menus which regularly change.
